Terms of Service

1. Description of Service

Galyarder Labs provides agentic AI infrastructure, including but not limited to the Galyarder Ledger, Galyarder HQ, and Galyarder Framework (the "Service"). The Service is designed to orchestrate autonomous execution workflows and systemic leverage for high-output operations.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To access certain features, including our Early Access waitlist, you must provide your email address and entity identifier. You represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Service for any illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.
• Taking any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
• Accessing the Service through automated means (e.g., scraping, crawling) without our express written permission, other than via our public APIs.
• Using the Service to generate, distribute, or facilitate malware, spam, or malicious autonomous activities.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Galyarder Labs, Inc. and its licensors. Our trademarks, trade dress, and specific implementations of the Galyarder Standard may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Galyarder Labs.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites, services, or APIs (e.g., GitHub, Vercel, Resend) that are not owned or controlled by Galyarder Labs. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Galyarder Labs, Inc. from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Indonesia.

9. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
